Who Would Have Thought Cleansing Could Taste So good! with Sweet Potato Mash Bowl
Safe Cleansing
Let's talk about cleansing and detoxing since there are many misconceptions that surround this topic.
Sure there are radical approaches to cleansing the body, but they can quite often lead to more harm than good. Trust us, we've both done the green juice fasting and when we didn't follow it completely right, we ended up not benefiting one ounce from all of our hard efforts.
Cleansing the body doesn't have to be scary, hard or even inconvenient. It doesn't have to cost lost of money on special foods and it doesn't mean that you have to invest in loads of pills.
Cleansing is about cleansing the body naturally using whole, seasonal foods. It is not a diet, nor is it about starvation or deprivation.
We have put together a Whole Food cleanse where we walk you through a short-term elimination diet where you remove allergenic foods from your diet, and then slowly reintroduces each food to see if any symptoms appear. If symptoms do appear, then your body is likely sensitive to that certain food and you’ll need to temporarily eliminate it from your diet if you want to reduce inflammation and obtain optimal health. This cleanse unearths your personal healthy food blueprint.
This sweet potato mash bowl is a hit with past cleansers, we hope that you enjoy it too!!
