Sage Beet Soup
Beets have numerous health benefits. They are anti-inflammatory and packed full of fiber, which is beneficial for digestive health. They are great for the liver and happen to taste great too!

SAGE BEET SOUP
1 large beet, chopped
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup water
4 kale leaves
1 avocado
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried sage
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish and serve.
