BAKED APPLE
1 apple
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Slice an apple and mix with cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Then drizzle with honey and top with pumpkin seeds for an extra satisfying crunch.
