Mexican Spiced Trail Mix

When you eat healthy, being on the go can prove to be difficult at times, especially when your cleansing or restricted by what you can grab while your out.

This Mexican Spiced Trail Mix recipe is the perfect snack (or meal) to have ready to take with you at any moment. Simply make up a jarful ahead of time so that you can grab and go!

MEXICAN SPICED TRAIL MIX

  • ½ cup dried unsulphured mango

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup raisins

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Juice of 1 lime

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes and toss. Bake for another 3 to 5 minutes then let it cool on the counter before storing in an airtight container.
